We are on.perfekt, a social cooperative committed to fighting food waste. We’ve established a second-chance market for fruits and vegetables that are too crooked or too small to be sold on the regular market. In addition to sales, harvesting, and logistics, raising awareness and providing information about this issue is especially close to our hearts.
And that’s where you come in!
We are looking for: Awareness & Information Coordinator
🕓 20–32 hours/week
Duration: September 2025 to June 2026 (with possible extension)
📍 Location: Marnach / Remote work & mobile across the country
Your responsibilities:

Organizing awareness and information campaigns together with our team

Leading workshops for children and youth

Further developing educational materials

Attending events (organizing the stand, managing the event, coordinating a small team of volunteers)

Helping in other areas of on.perfekt (e.g., harvesting, selling in the shop, packing boxes, cleaning the stock).
We're a small team where everyone pitches in across different areas. -
What we’re looking for:

Language skills: Luxembourgish , French or German or English

Driving license (Category B)

An open, communicative, and friendly person who enjoys working with others

Independent work style and strong organizational skills

Commitment to a harmonious, sustainable, and respectful work environment
Ideally, experience or knowledge in one or more of these areas:

Food waste and food production
-
Sustainability and environmental topics
-
Educational work with children and youth
-
Training and information sessions for adults
-
Design thinking, participatory methods
Bonus: A degree (or training) in a relevant field (e.g., education, sustainability, agronomy, etc.)
