Serves 4 as a snack
1kg small new potatoes
1 bunch Swiss chard
1 onion
2 garlic cloves, crushed
120g cream cheese
120g Greek yoghurt
60g mayonnaise
Lemon zest, to taste
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Wash the potatoes and put into a large saucepan of salted water. Cover, put on a hight heat and once boiling, cook for 20-30 minutes until the potatoes are really soft.
Drain and set aside to steam for 5 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C fan.
Drizzle a baking tray with olive oil.
